- Yes. It asks what is happening and how bad, the same as you would, and it treats water going somewhere it should not as urgent. A dripping tap gets booked in. A burst pipe gets you on the phone.
- What about after-hours callouts?
- It answers at two in the morning the same as at two in the afternoon. For an emergency it can ring you straight away. For anything that can wait, it books the soonest sensible time and nobody wakes you for a leaking washer.
- Can it quote a blocked drain over the phone?
- No, and it will not try. It takes the job and tells them you will confirm the price once you have seen it. Quoting a drain blind is how you end up doing a two-hour job for a one-hour price.
