- Yes. No power, burning smells and anything the caller describes as sparking or hot get flagged straight away and put through to you, rather than booked in like a new power point.
- Can it handle rental compliance and safety check enquiries?
- Yes, and there are a lot of them. It takes the property address, whether it is a rental, and what the agent has asked for, then books the inspection like any other job.
- What if the caller does not know what is wrong?
- Most do not. It asks what stopped working and when, whether anything tripped, and whether it is the whole house or one room. That is usually enough for you to know what you are walking into.
